geht es vom rechtlichen sinne her(ist es legal) dass ich ein Youtube Video runterlade und in einer präsentation vor vielen menschen zeige?

Es gibt da Richtlinien. Lädt man private Videos runter, so ist das mit dem Besitzer abzuklären. Lädt man Musikvideos von Berühmtheiten runter, muss man bei öffentlicher Ausstrahlung dennoch GEMA zahlen. Das herunterladen von youtube-Videos generell ist rechtlich umstritten.

Im schlimmsten Fall sperrt YouTube im Auftrag der Plattenfirma das Video und gibt eine Verwarnung an deinen Account raus. Mit einer Anklage ist nicht zu rechenn, da YouTube GEMA Gebühren bezahlt. Es grüßt hiogi
